An abstract drawing titled Fraudulent Garden by the American artist William Itter (1942-2025). This drawing features abstract, biomorphic shapes with soft edges with gradient shading to the interior of the shapes. Held in a black frame against a white mat, this piece is titled to the lower right and is from the artist's estate.

William Itter was an artist, philanthropist, award-winning art educator and collector, who made an impact on hundreds of students during his 35-year long tenure at Indiana University. His wife, Diane Itter, was also a painter, as well as a textile artist. After her passing, he opened the William and Diane Itter Object Study at the Eskenazi Museum of Art, where he donated his collection of art and memorabilia.
