A 1990s paper collage on masonite by the American artist Anthony Louis Popcheff (1954-2003). Titled Around a Red Sky, this abstract work in round in shape and depicts layers of bright colorful paper in red, blue, green, and yellow. Signed, titled, and dated 1993/94 to the verso, the work is unframed.

Anthony "Tony"  Louis Popcheff was born in Colorado and was a self employed artist. He graduated from John Herron School of art in 1985 and had a thirty year affiliation with Editions Limited and Alliance Gallery Indianapolis Museum of Art.
